Job Overview
Bowman Construction is seeking a skilled, well rounded employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment, and be willing to labour when needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, excavators
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Be able to complete jobs on your own or with a crew
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is required;
- Experience and knowledge installing septic beds
- Experience building and grading roads/driveways
- Experience clearing land
- Experience and Knowledge of Landscaping with an eye for detail (Retaining walls, stairs, pathways, final grading)
- MUST be willing to labour (shovel/rake) when required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Experience with chainsaw operation

Wage based on experience and skill
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
