Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR leadership and strategic people support across our Canadian Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution network — overseeing5 Plants, 2 Distribution Centers (DCs), and MSC (Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Commerce) functionsin Canada. You will act as the senior HR point of contact for the Canadian MSC organization, driving implementation of global strategies and initiatives across all sites. You willbe responsible forinfluencing business strategy on engagement, culture, talent, and people-related issues at scale.
How you will contribute
You will:
Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders across 5 Plants, 2 DCs, and MSC functions, understanding the commercial and supply chain impact ofpeopledecisionsin order tofulfil businessobjectives— providing an outside-in lens (site roadmaps, peopleplans, factory of the future)
Oversee multi-site labor relations strategy including elements of communication, works council relations, and compliance across all Canadian locations
Drive engagement on the culture agenda across the Canadian MSC network; coach leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values — serving as the custodian of high-performance work systems and ensuring effective learning management across all sites
Partner with leadership teams on strategic priorities from workforce planning insights and decisions to talent acquisition, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, succession planning, mobility, and strategic talent reviews across the Canadian MSC organization
Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans toimpactthe bottom line and enable business strategy; inform and update People Services of any local, legal, and regulatory changes in the Canadian market
Support plant and DC leadership with effective management of time and attendance systems and attendance policies, coaching sitedirectorsand leadership pillars in line with site needs and KPIs — support performance calibration where applicable
Lead peopleprocessesand manage the impact of any site or network transformation with effective change management across all Canadian MSC locations
Coordinate and align HR strategies and best practices across the 5 Plants, 2 DCs, and MSC functions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a unified people experience

What you need to know about this position:
TheDirector, MSC Canada & People Leadwill provide outstanding HR leadership and support to line leadership and functional teams across5 manufacturing plants, 2 distribution centers, and MSC functions in Canada. This role will drive consistent policy and process application andis responsible forensuring flawless execution of all HR programs across the Canadian MSC network.

Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement (based on performance and company results), and a long term incentive program.
