## Overview
Join our team as a Dishwasher and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic to ensure the smooth flow of kitchen activities. As a Dishwasher, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall success of our retreat centre.
## Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain and ensure kitchen work area, dining area, bathroom and customer areas are consistently in a clean and orderly condition
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Support kitchen staff by helping with various tasks as required
- Handle garbage disposal and recycling activities
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, food preparation, and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with good communication abilities and a positive personality
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options available. Some weekday evening availability is required. Weekend availability is required.
