We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part Time Maintenance Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with previous experience with landscaping and property maintenance. We are looking for a self starter who enjoys working outdoors in a fast paced environment. Please note this is a seasonal part time position to last through until October 31st with the option to stay on for Snow Removal.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform various landscaping tasks including lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanups
- Snow removal operations including blowing, shoveling, salting, sanding, and plowing
- Operate landscaping and snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in the construction of landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards
- Ensure work sites remain safe, clean, and professional
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous landscaping experience required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, tractors, loaders, plow trucks, or similar machinery
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Class 5 Drivers Licence Required
