MDS Coating is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician to support our Fabrication Team in Slemon Park, PEI.

As a Technician – Fabrication at MDS Coating, you will operate additive manufacturing equipment and provide support to other teams requiring machine shop or 3D scanning services. Performing post-processing and quality control of printed parts will be an integral part of your day.
As part of this team, you will document procedures and processes in the additive manufacturing area, as well as identify and implement continuous improvements to these processes.

What we are looking for:
- Hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably CNC or manual machining
- Experience with Materialise Magics is an asset
- Experience in a quality control or inspection environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Proficient with computers; familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Must meet eligibility requirements for Controlled Goods Program licensing
- Skilled in the use of hand tools
- Willingness to work overtime and non-standard hours when required
- Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for Controlled Goods
