Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise in schematics and construction practices. The HVAC Technician will ensure systems operate efficiently and safely, providing essential comfort solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage and water supply connections
- Conduct welding repairs on ductwork or metal components as needed
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform boiler maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal operation
- Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC components
- Assist in construction or retrofit projects involving HVAC systems
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all phases of work
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience working on construction sites or in maintenance environments preferred
- Prior experience with schematics interpretation and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems is essential
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and perform preventive maintenance effectively

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
