Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project quality and timelines. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Oversee subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor work quality to meet safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to track progress, manage documentation, and update schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of plans
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance
- Manage project budgets by assisting with construction estimating and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations
- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Experience with construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project documentation and scheduling
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or safety is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
