Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join a well-established branded automotive dealership in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed technician with previous Ford dealership experience who is looking to work in a modern facility with advanced diagnostic equipment, competitive compensation, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, HVAC, and exhaust system repairs.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using scan tools and manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, alignments, and scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician License (Required).
- Previous Ford dealership experience is required.
- Valid Ontario G2 or G Class Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must possess a valid Canadian Work Permit, Permanent Resident status, or be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must own a complete set of professional automotive tools and a toolbox.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic scanners and repair information systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
