Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Responsibilities:-
Accurately enter, process, and monitor customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to ensure timely fulfillment.

Identify and source products outside of Entripy’s standard offering to meet customer needs.

Act as a primary point of contact for order updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Work closely with the sales team to process orders efficiently and provide necessary documentation.

Communicate with external suppliers to source products and obtain pricing information.

Identify opportunities to streamline order entry and tracking procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ERP system
Skills and Qualifications:-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar order management systems.

2+ years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or a related role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
