We have an immediate opening for a mature, professional Medical Aesthetician who can multitask and work effectively in a team environment. The successful applicant must be committed to excellent patient care and provide administrative support throughout our medical practice.
*This is a one year Maternity Leave coverage.
The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable with the ability to educate patients on the various products and treatments that we provide, and sell skin care products
- Have 2 years’ experience with performing (any type of) treatment
- Be willing to work in a learning environment and possess a positive attitude
- Be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Have exceptional Customer Service
- Have great sales skills
- Have good organizational skills
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the aesthetics industry
Responsibilities:
- Perform consultations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans, including skin care products and non-invasive laser services to achieve maximum results
- Perform laser and other non-invasive treatments including Laser Hair Removal, miraDry, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, and other laser treatments as needed.
- Educate clients on the treatment process including pre- and post- care guidelines
- Provide patients with instructions and educational materials that relate to their treatment plan
- Create an excellent experience for customers through a friendly attitude and demonstrating product & service offering expertise
- Respond to telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries from employees, patients, business partners, and all other stakeholders
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
- Maintain effective communication, information flow, and rapport between all team members
- Input patient data and information in software programs
- Be knowledgeable to all treatments/products to answer any patient questions confidently
- Creates an excellent experience for customers through a friendly attitude and demonstrating product & service offering expertise

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
