Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, managing sales pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service to drive high-end sales and dealership growth. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly valued to better serve diverse clientele.
Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Engage with customers both in-person and via phone to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including visiting potential clients and networking within the community.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Manage B2B sales relationships with fleet clients or corporate accounts to expand dealership reach.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new inventory to attract prospective buyers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales management and support teams to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environment, or high-end automotive sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Experience with outside sales, B2B sales, upselling, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive retailing and customer engagement techniques.
- Strong math skills for calculating deals, financing options, and payment plans accurately.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging customers over the phone or in person.
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive industry standards is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $44,721.89-$156,558.35 per year
