This role may have an opportunity to specialize in one or more product areas such as life and CI insurance, income protection, children benefit package, providing business consultation and more.
The Advisor will be provided with warm leads to call, training, coaching and all the tools necessary to succeed and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
What you're responsible for:
- Contacting new prospects + daily follow ups on old prospects.
- Service and support life and CI insurance, recommending high value products.
- Proactively complete client reviews, ensuring they are on track to meet their goals.
- Prospect and cross-sell all lines of business by completing needs analysis for clients.
- Educate the client on Investments and Insurance
- Resolve client issues
Requirements:
- HLLQP Life Insurance Agent with a valid license.
- Strict confidentiality concerning the client's information, financial status and other personal information.
- Shift work might be required.
- Criminal Record and Consumer History background checks may be required for your hiring.

- Regardless of sales ability, be open to new strategies and receptive to coaching.
- You must have strong communication skills and good work ethic.

- Meet all provincial-licensing requirements following continuing education.
- Sales experience is welcome, but not a must.
- Knowledge of insurance and investment products. Strong underwriting skills are an asset.
