This role will support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives focused on delivering scalable, secure, and well‑architected platform solutions. The role is hands‑on and responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom scoped applications, integrations, process automation, and user experience components. The environment includes complex business requirements, integrations with external systems, and the need for robust, testable, and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with platform best practices.

Design and develop scoped custom applications within ServiceNow.

Implement process automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Integration Hub, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Build and maintain integrations with external applications using ServiceNow integration capabilities and platform APIs.

Configure and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.

Maintain scoped and customize solutions based off of the CSM module.

Develop and customize end‑user portals, including advanced UI components and custom widgets.

Create and manage Configurable Workspaces, optimizing agent and end‑user experiences through tailored workspace configurations.

Develop advanced scripting solutions using GlideScript, Client Scripts, and Business Rules to support complex business logic and platform behavior.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.

Experience delivering solutions in enterprise, multi‑vendor environments.

Experience in government or regulated environments is an asset.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.

At least one additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) designation – preferred.
