SWS Boatworks is looking for a motivated and reliable Marine Technician Helper to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, loves boats and the outdoors, and wants to build a career in the marine industry. What You'll Do
- Assist Marine Technicians with boat maintenance, repairs, and rigging in the shop and on the water
- Perform basic service
- Assist in driving and delivering boats by water and land
- Prepare boats for delivery, storage, and customer use
- Clean and organize the shop, tools, and work areas
- Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats
- Support technicians with parts handling and inventory
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in boats, engines, or trades
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (G Class preferred)
- Boating experience
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Previous experience with marine, automotive, powersports, or mechanical work is an asset but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
