Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operational, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Duties
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain HVAC systems
- Interpret logic controllers and schematics
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and purchases
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Electrical maintenance skills are a plus
