Our client, a growing property maintenance company, is looking to add a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to their team. - Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building

Conduct heavy cold outreach through phone calls, email, and in-person networking

Schedule and attend on-site meetings and property estimates with prospective clients

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial and residential opportunities

Develop relationships with property managers, commercial clients, and business owners

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

Track activity, opportunities, and sales progress consistently
- Base salary of $45,000 annually

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Organized, professional, and goal-oriented
- 75+ outbound calls/touches daily

15+ in-person meetings or estimates weekly

Consistent pipeline management and reporting

Strong focus on prospecting and generating new business opportunities
