What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to person on-site, running errands, managing supplies, and keeping everything in order.
- Assist the crew with organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure the jobsite remains clean, safe, and fully stocked with the resources needed to get the job done right.
- Transport materials and equipment where they’re needed to keep the workflow smooth.
- Provide exceptional support to the entire team, offering attention to detail and ensuring a seamless operation.
- Go door-to-door to introduce our company to neighbors in the area we’re working in, aiming to generate sales leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude that keeps the energy high and the work fun!
- Strong organizational skills—you know how to keep things in order!
- Strong communication skills—you're the glue that keeps the team connected!
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Previous experience on a construction site or in a similar role is a plus, but not a deal breaker—we’ll train the right person!
