Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gas and electric golf carts and utility vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance including batteries, brakes, suspension, steering, tune-ups, and electrical systems
- Complete inspections and pre-delivery setup on new and used carts
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Assist with rental fleet maintenance and seasonal preparation
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and operating properly
- Support customers with technical questions and service recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with small engines, golf carts, powersports, or similar equipment is required
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of battery systems, chargers, and 12V/48V electrical systems is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- Own tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
