Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, ensuring they regain independence and quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
