Position Summary
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating winch truck operations, assigning work to drivers and field crews, communicating with customers, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and on schedule. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks and field crews to job sites.
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Maintain communication with drivers, operators, and customers throughout the day.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Record dispatch information and maintain accurate logs.
- Coordinate with customers regarding job requirements and timelines.
- Respond to changing priorities and emergency requests.
- Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch or oilfield experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the local oilfield industry and surrounding areas is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
