-Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner
-Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus
-Inspect food products and supplies as needed
-Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized
-Check food before it is served to customers
-Control and minimize waste
-Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures
-Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
-Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
-Cooking food in various utensils or grilles
-Seasons food according to recipes / company needs
-Orders ingredients and spices as needed
-Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
-Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
-Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
Minimum 1 year experience
Basic Computational Skills, Organizational Skills, Verbal Communication,
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Standing for extended periods.
Kitchen Equipment Knowledge,
