Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Site Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force on our job sites. You must be comfortable taking charge of a project from start to finish, whether you are tackling the job independently or leading a crew.

Duties
- Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to NRD Construction's quality standards.
- Hands-on Construction: Execute a wide variety of trades to a high standard, including but not limited to:
- Framing, drywall installation, and taping/finishing
- Flooring installation (various materials)
- Door and trim installation
- Custom tile work
- Full kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Exterior projects: interlock, decks, and fence
- Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and work alongside other crew members, ensuring high productivity and quality control.
- Problem Solving: Address and troubleshoot on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in general contracting, carpentry, or renovations. You must have a comprehensive skill set covering the varied tasks listed above.
- Tools: Must possess your own basic hand and power tools necessary for daily tasks.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory. A company truck may be provided to the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and capable of working without constant supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
