Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Contract Marketing & Graphic Designer for a 4-month engagement focused on driving growth for a few dental practices. role involves creating compelling visual content, developing engaging marketing materials, and enhancing the practice’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in graphic and digital design, along with a solid understanding of marketing principles to support brand development and patient engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new patients.
- Create professional graphic design materials for print, social media, website, email marketing, and in-office promotions.
- Manage and grow our social media presence.
- Design advertisements, promotional campaigns, and patient education materials.
- Coordinate and optimize online marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on results.
- Help build community awareness and local marketing opportunities.
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Sketch.
- Solid understanding of digital design best practices for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Ability to work independently within project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to contribute innovative designs that support the growth of a dental practice through impactful marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in marketing and graphic design.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Healthcare or dental marketing experience is an asset but not required.
Depending on business needs and employee performance, there may be an opportunity for the position to be extended past 4 month time period
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
