Water Depot Lindsay is seeking a responsible individual to fill a part time (15-25 hours per week) weekday and weekend customer service representative position. This is a great position for a mature individual who enjoys ensuring customer satisfaction, can take initiative and able to multitask. The successful applicant must posses the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, pleasantly interact with the public, as well as a moderate level of physical fitness (i.e. must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. of water jugs and carry them a short distance).
Responsibilities:
- General customer service including walk-in clients, sales support, etc.
- Carry out of water jugs, salt and other instore products as required by the customer.
- POS transactions, including over the counter product sales, collecting/posting bill payments to customer accounts.
- Re-stocking of product as required
- Follow daily and monthly housekeeping sheets.
- Preform open/close shift responsibilities as required. Ensure all paperwork is complete and put into their proper location.
- Complete a full check of door closers/locking prior to completing each shift.
- Additional duties and requests to help maintain the general overall appearance of the store.
- Daily water testing and reporting.
- Lead generation.
- Key holder.
