Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper to join our Production team . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping processes within our warehouse, ensuring that all products are accurately processed and accounted for. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a solid understanding of order fulfillment practices.
Duties:
- Inspect goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling products in compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Generate shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and packing slips.
- Receiving and managing all 170 materials
- Handling scrap material and skids
- Tracking Material usage/inventory
- Organize and maintain the warehouse by arranging products in designated locations and ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Operate forklift or other equipment safely to move and stack products as necessary.
- Work with other warehouse team members to optimize workflow, resolve issues, and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Perform other related duties.
Qualifications
- Previous 1 year minimum hands-on experience in shipping and receiving roles is preferred.
- Proficient in operating forklifts; certification is required.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes within a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
