Accurate Door & Hardware Co. supplies commercial doors and frames (including hollow metal and solid-core wood doors), fire-rated door solutions, and a wide range of commercial hardware such as exit devices, locks, and closers.
We're looking for a Door & Hardware Estimator / Project Coordinator to support commercial and multi-family construction projects. You'll review drawings and specifications, prepare quotes, coordinate with suppliers, and help move projects from pricing through ordering and delivery.
Review architectural drawings, door schedules, and specifications for quoting
Complete door/frame/hardware takeoffs and build accurate estimates (Division 8)
Request pricing and lead times from vendors and track responses
Coordinate revisions, RFIs, and change requests during quoting and ordering
Assist with submittals and order processing, ensuring scope and quantities are correct
Maintain organized project documentation and customer communication
2+ years in estimating or project coordination (doors/hardware, construction supply, or similar)
Able to read drawings and door schedules confidently
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and quoting workflows
Good communication with contractors, PMs, and suppliers
Knowledge of commercial hardware (locks, exit devices, door closers)
Experience with hollow metal doors/frames or fire-rated openings
