Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Coating Supervisor to oversee and coordinate coating operations within our construction projects. Working Foreman that can abrasive blast and coat when required. Must supervise a crew of up to six guys.
Duties
- Lead and supervise coating crews to ensure efficient and safe application of coatings on construction sites.
- Run the morning toolbox talks and fill out the FLHA'S.
- Complete permitting with Operations and fill out the daily lems.
- Oversee quality control processes to meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of the blasting and coating tasks.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and schematic details
- Manage material procurement and inventory for coating supplies
- Provide training and supervision to coating teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the construction industry, specifically in coatings and sandblasting.
- Knowledge of external and internal coatings in the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, specifications, and budgeting processes
- Experience in quality control procedures related to coatings and surface preparation
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints accurately
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction sites

Pay: $42.00-$48.00 per hour
