Senior Helpers is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Community Engagement & Business Development Specialist to help grow our presence in the community, develop referral partnerships, and generate new client opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building meaningful relationships, meeting people, and driving measurable growth in a healthcare or senior care environment.
- Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, home health providers, and community organizations.
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings, coffee chats, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking opportunities with community partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships that generate referrals and new client opportunities.
- Conduct daily outreach and relationship-building activities with referral sources and community partners.
- Represent Senior Helpers at community events, trade shows, healthcare meetings, and networking events.
- Collaborate with leadership on local marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, follow-up, and relationship management within CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed outreach, referral, and growth goals.
- Experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, home care, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with excellent follow-up.
- Comfortable working independently and spending time in the community meeting new partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn CRM systems quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
