The Role
You'll represent IronRock Concrete Coatings face-to-face in Okanagan neighbourhoods — knocking on doors, starting conversations, and connecting homeowners with services that genuinely improve their properties.
Choose how many days a week you work. The more shifts you take on, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted Okanagan neighbourhoods
- Present and promote IronRock's concrete coating services to homeowners
- Build relationships and follow up with potential customers
- Hit weekly targets and contribute to team goals
Who We're Looking For
- Confident talking to strangers - you don't wait for permission to start a conversation
- Self-motivated and coachable - you take feedback and apply it fast
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently
- Looking to build real-world sales and communication skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
