Position Summary:
The Marketing & Customer Engagement Intern will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and community engagement. This role provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications, and customer engagement within a growing logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, online promotions).
- Co-Create and manage marketing content including social media posts, graphics, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist with customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to help refine marketing strategies.
- Support website updates and digital presence improvements.
- Assist with brand awareness activities, event marketing, community outreach, and partnerships.
- Provide secondary customer support assistance as needed.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with management on business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn new tools and systems.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar is an asset).
- Customer-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Training & Development Opportunities:
