Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop operational plans and improve processes.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide feedback to team members on performance issues.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the childcare industry.
- Level 3 certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
