Registered Dental Assistant (Level II RDA)

Linden Lakes Dental Centre is seeking an experienced Level II Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 1–2 years of chairside experience to join our established, patient-focused practice. This is a permanent chairside position offering the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team in a professional and collaborative environment.
Position Details
- Permanent Chairside Registered Dental Assistant (Level II)
- Immediate start available
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting
- Instrument sterilization and operatory preparation
- Recalls and appointment confirmations
- Chart audits and clinical documentation support
- Assisting with the daily flow of the practice
- Delivering exceptional patient care and support
Qualifications
- Level II Registered Dental Assistant license in Manitoba (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of chairside dental assisting experience (required)
- Dentrix experience is a strong asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to patient care
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
