Job Summary:
This is a full-time position. MUST KNOW HOW TO PAINT. We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. CANDIDATE MUST KNOW HOW TO PAINT. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs, including bodywork.
- Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting.
- MUST KNOW HOW TO PAINT
- Disassembling and reassembling parts, including doors and portions of the vehicle body.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on automotive systems
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to auto body repair
- Experience in automotive repair with a solid understanding of vehicle structures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process
- Previous experience working in a dealership or similar environment is advantageous.
