PTL-Group is a Calgary-based civil construction company expanding our Hydrovac operations into the Okanagan. We run 10 Hydrovac units across Alberta and BC and we are building the Interior BC division from the ground up. We are looking for the person who wants to be part of that build - not just run a truck.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE TODAY
You will operate Hydrovac equipment on commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects across the Okanagan region. Day-to-day you will be working independently, managing your equipment to a high standard, and representing PTL-Group on site with the professionalism our clients expect.
This is field work. It is physical. It requires someone who takes pride in what they do and does not need to be managed to do it well.

WHAT THIS ROLE CAN BECOME
PTL-Group is growing in BC. As the Interior Hydrovac division grows, we need operational leadership in the region - someone who knows the market, has built relationships on site, and has earned the trust of the team and the clients.
For the right person, this role evolves into an operational leadership position managing the Interior BC Hydrovac division - overseeing scheduling, crew, equipment, and client relationships in the region. We are not promising a title. We are promising an opportunity that grows as fast as you do.
If you are someone who naturally steps up, trains others, solves problems before being asked, and wants to build something - this is the role for you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

— Experienced Hydrovac operator with a strong safety record
— Self-motivated - you do not need someone looking over your shoulder
— Natural leader - you make the people around you better
— Hunter mentality - you see opportunity and you move on it
— Mechanically capable - you take care of your equipment like it's yours
— Strong communicator —-on site, with clients, and with the office
— Safety-focused - COR, ISN, or Avetta experience an asset
— Class 3 or Class 1 license required
— Okanagan-based or willing to relocate

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
Experience:
- Hydrovac Operator: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 1 or 3 License, and a Clean Drivers Abstract (preferred)
Work Location: In person
