Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services for our clients’ homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and efficient cleaning practices. The Residential Cleaner will play a vital role in creating comfortable and welcoming living spaces for our clients. This position starts off Part- time and works its way up to Full-Time as you build clientele.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning using appropriate tools and supplies
- Organize and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with the cleaning results
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Your own reliable vehicle is required
- Effective communication skills in English
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day. Pay: From $22.00 per hour
