Restaurant Le Clan is seeking a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help the culinary team deliver exceptional meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion fresh ingredients.
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations.
- Restock kitchen supplies and organize storage.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
