Hiring Skilled Baker's
Company: Boulangerie La Vendéenne Incorporée
Location: 500 Hwy 325, Blockhouse, Nova Scotia, Canada
This is a night shift job approximate schedule is 5pm-4am Monday-Saturday morning ending at 4-5am.
Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs and batters for, breads, biscuits, brioche, cookies, and cakes.
Bake mixed doughs and batters, ensuring consistent quality.
Operate bakery equipment, including commercial mixers, dough sheeters, ovens, and dishwashers.
Weigh, scale, and mix ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all products meet company quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed.
Manage time efficiently to meet production schedules.
Qualifications:
Be able to mix, shape and bake breads in large volumes.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Experience in a commercial bakery environment is an asset.
