We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Expo/Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Plate and present dishes for optimal visual appeal as an Expo
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- Assist in meal preparation during busy hours to maintain efficient service flow
- Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure team coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Provide excellent food service by ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
- Uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hygiene practices at all times
Requirements
- Previous Chucks Experience is preferred not required.
- Food handler's certificate required.
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate team members
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
