We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our Regina installation team. This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for working with our team to provide the end-to-end installation of our product lines, with a heavy focus on Polyaspartic Floor Coatings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Coatings: Execute the full polyaspartic floor installation process.
- System Installation: Install custom garage cabinetry, wall systems, overhead storage racks, garage door screens, and more.
- Field Work: Work primarily in Regina, with travel as required to job sites throughout Southern Saskatchewan.

What We’re Looking For
- Handy & Tool Savvy: You have a natural mechanical aptitude and are comfortable using power tools (grinders, drills, saws). You are a proactive worker who can anticipate potential problems and seek out practical solutions on the fly.
- Experience & Assets: Previous experience in the trades (particularly carpentry) is highly valued. Specific experience with polyaspartic or epoxy flooring is considered a significant bonus.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work. Whether it’s a seamless floor finish or a perfectly level cabinet, you don't cut corners.
- Physical Stamina: This is a physical job. You must be able to lift heavy materials (flooring, bags, cabinets) and spend the day on your feet.
- Coachability: You can take direction well, execute specific instructions, and are always looking to improve your skills and workmanship.
- Team Player: You communicate and work well with others to get the job done efficiently and maintain a professional presence on the job site. You can maintain your focus and a professional attitude even when working under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Reliability: You must have a valid driver’s license, be bondable, and be comfortable with occasional overnight stays for projects throughout Southern Saskatchewan.
