Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience. The Massage Therapist will work in a multi disciplinary environment and review referrals from Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Personal Trainers.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history and specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or wellness plans.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment options and listening carefully to client needs.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy.

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
