Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Stability Chemist to join our dynamic research and development team. This role is integral to ensuring the quality, safety, and longevity of our products through rigorous stability testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science, with experience in quality control, product development, and research within manufacturing environments. Duties
- Perform duties per GMP- GLP and customer requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of all laboratory instruments.
- Perform all instrumental and wet chemistry analysis following specified analytical methods and produce accurate
results in a timely manner.
- Build stability studies in LIMS
- Pull samples based on the LIMS Schedule
- Conduct method transfer from customer or for internal purposes.
- Support Continuous Improvement Process and participate in team activities. Assist in providing training with the goal
of greater interaction between personnel and departments.
- Review and access analytical methods for compatibility and capability.
- Maintain good working relations and communication within department and other departments.
- Follow all safety guidelines within the lab and plant.
- Organize and prioritize day-to-day duties.
- Flexible work schedule to cover vacation/sick days.
- A knowledge of validation systems would be an asset.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Experience
- University Degree in Chemistry or Science with at least 5 years related experience in a laboratory with average or above
average performance ratings.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
