Overview
Bonnyville Hotel is seeking a part-time housekeeper/front desk to oversee daily operations at our hospitality property twice a week. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional guest service, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Maintain lobby, common areas and assist with laundry.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience
- Implement and maintain hotel policies to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Handle phone etiquette professionally when communicating with guests and vendors
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
