Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair smartphones and other mobile devices, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones (screen, battery, charging port, etc.)
- Handle devices from brands like Apple and Samsung
- Provide customer service and explain repair processes
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools
- Keep accurate repair records
Requirements:
- Experience in mobile phone repair
- Knowledge of iPhone and Android devices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills

Pay: $17.20-$23.10 per hour
