Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lube and Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient lubrication, tire services, and basic automotive repairs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with automotive maintenance, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and tire replacements efficiently and accurately
- Conduct basic automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues and communicate findings to customers or supervisors
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and other preventive maintenance services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely (up to 50 pounds) frequently throughout the day
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic sales skills for recommending additional services or products when appropriate
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Prior experience with automotive repair or tire services is mandatory
- Must have your own basic automotive tools

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
