Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences

- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and attentive care
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation standards, and product usage
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling to promote products and services
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations
