Churchill Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a highly creative, experienced, and self-driven Content & Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our digital presence across all major online platforms.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, content creation, storytelling, SEO, and brand growth — and who can work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who not only creates engaging content but also understands the strategy and technical side of digital marketing.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and communicator who loves to read, research, learn, and create meaningful content that educates, informs, and engages the community. Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, chiropractic, fitness, or related industries is considered a strong asset.

We are a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic offering a wide range of services, including Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, Custom Orthotics, Compression Stockings, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
- Produce high-quality reels, videos, graphics, stories, blog posts, captions, and educational content
- Script writing, filming, editing, and content planning
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient growth
- Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor ad performance, conversions, and ROI
- Assist with Meta Ads and other paid digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- SEO & Website Management
- Implement technical SEO strategies and on-page SEO improvements
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and service content for search engines
- Work comfortably within WordPress to update website content, landing pages, blogs, images, and SEO elements
- Keep the website current and fix issues and errors as they come up
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements
- Marketing Writing & Editorial Work
- Research and write compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly content
- Create educational blogs, newsletters, promotional campaigns, website copy, and patient-focused content
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure professionalism and consistency
- Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare topics, and marketing best practices. Analytics & Strategy
- Track and analyze social media, website, and advertising performance
- Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement
- Assist with developing and executing marketing strategies and content calendars
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising
- Experience with technical SEO and WordPress is essential
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools is an asset
- Photography and videography skills are considered an asset
- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, wellness, or fitness industries is preferred
