We are currently hiring for the following positions for a newly created Night Shift (9:00 pm to 5:30 am)
At Fresh St. Market providing an exceptional customer experience is our top priority, and we're looking for individuals to join our talented team of experts across the store to deliver those remarkable experiences.
What we're looking for in our next great service expert:
- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under minimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous work experience is a plus but not required. If you are willing to learn, we are eager to train you with the skills you need to succeed
- You can work on your feet up to 8 hours in a shift
- You have a valid work authorization (i.e., work permit, student permit, PR) in Canada

The Fine Print:
Upon hire, new employees will be placed in a starting wage between the minimum and P50 (midpoint) of the wage range. The P50 of the range represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications, and experience for the position. In some circumstances, the new employee may be eligible for compensation beyond the P50 of the salary range. Factors that influence this decision include full job knowledge, qualifications, internal equity, and experience in a similar role.
