Responsibilities
- High-Volume Capability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during peak tourist seasons.
- Inventory & Prep Support: Assist with receiving inventory, stocking line stations, and managing food prep levels to minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Interact with guests professionally and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operations: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area.
- Compliance: Strictly follow all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Reliability: High integrity with a consistent attendance record.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing the BEST customer service.
- Communication: Ability to listen, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cafe setting is an asset.
