Responsibilities:
- Build custom cabinets and architectural millwork from detailed shop drawings
- Work with a variety of materials and finishes
- Operate standard woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow shop safety protocols
- Collaborate with other skilled tradespeople to complete high-end commercial projects
- Work independently and collaboratively, and take direction from the shop foreperson
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a professional millwork or cabinetry shop (not hobbyist)
- Red Seal certification in Cabinetmaking/Joinery strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking tools, joinery techniques, and finishing preparation
- Strong ability to interpret shop drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Working experience with AWMAC/NAAWS standards

Location:
Our fully equipped shop is located on Norland Avenue in Burnaby, BC. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
