We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and general information to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
- Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
